“just to let you know I have put the linx 10 (2gb memory) between the qnap nas (usb/ethernet connection – no nas software deployed – just point jriver at the music folder) and the ifi iusb – running JRIVER. Provided you switch everything off that is not necessary on the linx – it has plenty of memory and CPU usage is moderate. All is running well and is more stable than my 8gb laptop on wireless. Win 10 does seem to be more user friendly than win 8. I am also running acon equalize as a vst plug in with no problems either.”
