XMOS is our fellow UK manufacturer of USB audio solutions. At AMR/iFi, we only use the XMOS solution as we have tried them all and the XMOS solution came out tops.
We then go to work and ‘hot rod’ the USB chip as we write our own, no holds barred code to squeeze every last drop of performance. Quad 256 and Octa 512 DSD and PCM768 aren’t off the shelf!
